Law Clerks, Interns and Externs
The Cook County's State's Attorney's
Office offers Law Clerk opportunities during the summer,
fall, and spring for law students/college students
who volunteer or are enrolled in a clinical intern
or extern program through their school. Students can
apply to clerk in any of the six legal bureaus described
in the About the Office section.
To obtain an application for a Law Clerk position, Undergraduate or Graduate School Internship position or a Paralegal Internship
position with the Office, click on the application link below and
print. Please fill out all relevant sections of the application and return it to the address listed on the application. Please also be sure to sign and include the attached release form, your resume and all other applicable materials. No application will be reviewed without a signed release.
