Harper High School HIstorical Black College Tour Sendoff

On April 4, 2006, Cook County State's Attorney Richard Devine, with members of his African American Advisory Council, donated and distributed care packages for Harper High School students about to embark on a tour of Historically Black Colleges. The tour was meant to offer the students insight into higher education, as well as to prepare them for college life.
