Experienced prosecutor, First Assistant United States Attorney Christopher C. Chiou has been named as the temporary replacement for the outgoing U.S. Attorney Nicholas A. Trutanich, who is one of the remaining 55 presidentially appointed U.S. Attorneys to have been requested to vacate their posts as a part of the transition process into the Biden Administration.
